Job Description

Mission:

You will be part of a large-scale project focused on developing HR administration and payroll frontend solutions for medium-sized employers. You will support the lead technology architect in the continuous guidance of the project. You will deepen analyses and work out technical solutions in detail. You will work closely with the lead technology architect who will directly supervise you. You will be part of a dedicated project team consisting of a product owner, project manager, architects (both business and technology), scrum master, analysts, and multiple development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions: evaluate architectural proposals and make choices that align with functional needs.
• Ensure a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity.
• Co-determine development standards and the overall technical framework.
• Support analysts, project managers, and developers in projects.
• Model and document architecture (including ArchiMate and C4).

Profile

• Experience in designing microservices/applications in Java Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as EventHub, ServiceBus, Cosmos DB, SQL Server.
• Experience with design patterns for building robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java solutions and frameworks.
• Experience in an HR services environment (payroll and administration) is a plus.
