Project/Risk Manager Position

Service Description:

As part of the P2MO department within the Infrastructure division, this role focuses on providing project management expertise in risk, schedule, and quality for specific projects. The aim is to enhance the project management maturity of the organization.

Main Tasks:

• Govern and manage the risk process.
• Ensure the Risk Management Plan’s processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Organize Risk Management meetings.
• Report on program risks.
• Audit the ongoing risk management of EPC contractors and exchange relevant information.
• Log identified risks in a tool, assess risk impacts, and identify and follow up on mitigation actions.
• Conduct simulations and Monte Carlo analysis on cost and planning (contingency calculation).
• Provide expert input to program members on risk management.
• Suggest improvements to the risk management methodology.
• Update the existing Risk Management Plan and implement changes when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong project management capabilities and a high learning curve.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with the project management methodology PMI/PMBOK is an asset.
• Knowledge of large infrastructure project risks is a key asset.
• Experience with high voltage transmission infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
• Proactive, strong communicator, and team player.
