Senior Business Analyst

Mission Period:

• Duration: 12 months (Extension possible depending on project evolution)

Location:

Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects within business solutions and across the organization.
• Conceive and master solutions, including ideation and requirements gathering.
• Drive the delivery of solutions implemented in the IT department.
• Conduct testing, delivery, and support of solutions.
• Manage relationships within and external to the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

University License/Master in Business/Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or IT.

Language Proficiency:

• English: Good
• Dutch: Fluent
• French: Fluent

Personal Skills:

• Analytical and pro-active.
• Solution-oriented and communicative.
• Structured and well-organized.
• Ability to organize own work and execute independently with regular reporting.
• Quick learner with good interviewing skills.

Business Experience:

Financial services experience (2-5 years).

Technical Experience:

• Microsoft Office, Methodological working, AEM, MS Dynamics CRM (5-8 years).

Preferable Technical Experience:

• Experience in a technical environment (software development & insurance), Protocol Telebib 2 (5-8 years).

Functional Experience:

• Planning & organization, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, budget management, risk & issue management, test execution & test management (5-8 years).

Preferable Functional Experience:

• Functional analysis, AEM, business process optimization, analysis of user needs, and writing user requirements (2-5 years).
