Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Consultant/Senior IT Business Analyst to join the Tribe. The focus will be on the appointment journey for in-home services and maintaining network quality. The consultant will collaborate closely with architects, business, and process analysts to design reliable and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Owner in building and aligning the roadmap with stakeholders.
- Develop and refine the backlog, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure the designed solutions are sustainable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
- Take ownership of initiatives, drive coordination with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- Work closely with software architects to develop overall solution designs.
- Coach and challenge on- and offshore analysts, developers, and testers.
- Monitor the quality, consistency, and scalability of applications.
- Present proposals for improvements and support efficient prioritization.
- Write and maintain coherent IT processes, requirements, documentation, and scripts.
- Inspect, control, and foster adaptation to change by monitoring the realization of the Product Journey Backlog.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master's or bachelor's degree with over 5-7 years of IT experience.
- Proven expertise: At least 3 years as a business analyst or consultant, with a strong track record in analyzing and designing information systems, especially for integration projects (API).

- Passionate about agile methodologies (scrum), fostering teamwork among analysts, developers, and testers.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with API integration projects.

- Background as a developer/software engineer.
