Business Analyst for International Payments Backend Migration Project

Location: 50% on-site in Brussels
Responsibilities:
- Support business analysts and product managers in describing the current offering and features.
- Define clear requirements for the target system to ensure customer migration and non-regression in processing International Payments.
- Validate deviations with internal customer representatives.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing on the target system.
- Manage and mitigate related risks.
Required Competencies:
- Strong proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Deep knowledge of International Payments offerings and processing.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Customer-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively engage with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and excellent internal communication skills.
- Willingness to support team success.
- Knowledge of CBPR+/NextGen rules is a plus.
Tasks:
- Understand and analyze the current offerings and features of International Payment products.
- Translate specificities into business requirements.
- Validate requirements with senior business analysts and customer segment representatives.
- Propose alternatives or trade-offs if necessary and obtain stakeholder validation.
- Communicate final requirements to IT teams and functional analysts.
- Conduct user acceptance testing post-implementation.
- Address related risks, report them, and secure agreement on mitigation actions from risk stakeholders.
