SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, recommending changes as necessary.
• Ensure project deliverables are met within the agreed schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team leads and stakeholders.
• Define and agree on project or service scope and deliverables with all relevant parties.
• Liaise with clients, SAP, and IT teams regularly.
• Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues, executing plans to mitigate them.
• Report regularly to the Team Lead and stakeholders regarding risks.
• Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in managing large SAP implementations in Maintenance (SAP PM, EAM).
• Functional knowledge of SAP EAM, APM, RSH, FSM capabilities.
• Proven experience in various project management methodologies (PM² preferred).
• Experience in implementing reliability-centered maintenance methodology.
• Experience in change management via ADKAR & SAP Activate methodologies.
• Experience with IT management methodologies (ITIL, IT4IT).
• Expertise in O365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• ITIL Certification is a must.
• Project Methodology Certification is a must, e.g., PM².

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Strong affinity with SAP and its complexity.
• Knowledge of SAP Plan to Maintain process flows.
• Knowledge of SAP EAM, IAM, IBP on S/4 and PM, PP, PS on ECC.
• Ability to drive S/4 best practices.
• Experience with Jira, ERP (SAP), and corporate services.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) is an asset.
• Ability to facilitate Steerco, project update meetings, and guide resources.
• Proficient in communication, presentation, and documentation for various audiences.

Other Requirements:

• Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium.
• Able to work in a hybrid work regime: remotely and on-site.
