V-IT is looking for a Project Manager for a client in Brussels.

Location: Brussels (hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote) | Full-time | Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)

Are you looking for a dynamic role where your structure and sharp thinking really make an impact? We are expanding our network, and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Leader to help shape the future of our delivery ecosystem.

You’ll take the lead on high-impact initiatives — including a nationwide rebranding. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver results, from planning to reporting.

What you’ll do:

Lead and deliver strategic projects from A to Z
Own scope, budget, timeline and risk management
Prepare clear progress reports for senior management
Analyse operational data to support decisions (Excel is your friend)
Coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution
Anticipate and mitigate risks with structured proposals

What we’re looking for:

2–5 years experience in project management
Strong analytical mindset and excellent Excel skills
Clear communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English + French or English + Dutch
Highly structured, autonomous and task-driven
Driving license (mobility required, though limited)

3-month contract
Possible extension depending on performance/project evolution
3 days/week in Brussels office, 2 days remote
