Develop effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users.
Ensure required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
Establish and maintain service level agreements and act as the main point of contact for all service issues.
Serve as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
Assess new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
General Description:
Responsible for translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications if necessary.
Possess sound knowledge of the organization's systems and processes, expertise in the business area, and current technology advances and IT capabilities.
Work mostly on parts of the analysis processes of major projects and may work alone on small-scale standard projects.
Role:
Design or modify information systems through the process of business analysis; identify user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications.
Consider computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis.
Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
Assist in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how these automated functions are integrated into the rest of the business and IT processes.
Conduct interviews with internal and/or external clients to understand business requirements.
Focus on analyses and provide advice on an incidental basis.
Qualifications:
Graduate with more than 3-5 years of experience.
Experience in analyzing moderately complex business requirements, processes, and IT systems.
Affinity for security and preferably experience in finance.

Ability to work independently on well-defined assignments.
