2x Data Consultants (medior)

Location: Brussels

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 2 days on-site

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Until the end of January 2026, with an option for extension

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in building future scenarios, including data collection and consolidation from various sources.
• Create and review tools, slides, and figures.
• Perform market simulations and analyze results using economic dispatch tools like ANTARES.
• Enhance data management and collection processes.
• Contribute to model building and perform quality checks.
• Conduct impact assessments on model assumptions and results.

Qualifications:

• Proficient coding skills in R and Python.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the transition.
• Experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Excel, VBA, and ANTARES is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Proactive and analytical mindset.
• Ability to create visualizations using R, Power BI, Qgis, etc.
• Experience in data engineering and tool interfacing.
