Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Functional Analysis and a background in Fraud detection and prevention activities within the banking sector. The successful candidate will join the "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" tribe, focusing on enhancing the bank's Contact Strategy through remote interaction solutions, process automation, and Fraud prevention tools.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and challenge customer needs in alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with squad colleagues to develop solutions.
- Lead business analysis and participate in functional analysis as needed.
- Facilitate business needs collection and coordinate with contributors and stakeholders.
- Document and validate requirements using mock-ups and visuals.
- Define and analyze business models using modeling techniques (Visio, UML diagrams).
- Translate business needs into requirements for target solutions.
- Document business needs for autonomous squad member progression.
- Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities.
- Assist in change management and monitor go-live processes.
- Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues.
Language Requirements:
Education:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
- Knowledge of Fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods (UML, Visio, mock-ups).
- Expertise in MS Office and contribution to testing activities.
- Functional analysis and understanding of technical functionalities are preferable.
Business Experience:
- Excellent business analytic skills with over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Customer-centric approach and empathy.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in animation and presentation skills (workshops, PowerPoint, process flows).
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
