Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for epics and features, focusing on non-functional requirements, integration, cost, and quality.
• Independently perform architecture activities for incremental and innovative changes across various business domains.
• Focus on Mobile and Integration projects and challenges.
• Design, advise, and present target architectures and roadmaps, providing architecture guidance and validations.
• Manage stakeholders up to senior management level for the scope of an Epic.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships and contribute to the development of requirements for packaged solutions.
• Thoroughly understand Risk, Security, and Reliability requirements, defining mitigations in architecture design.

Qualifications:

• Master’s level education or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in engineering and architecture skills.
• Experience with architecture tools and languages.
• Significant knowledge of Mobile applications, Integration patterns, Azure Cloud Native architectures.
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Payroll Services business is a plus.
• Ability to create structured documents and visualizations.
• Coaching skills for junior colleagues.
