Change Manager Position

Your Impact:
As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of internal projects and delivering the expected business outcomes. The projects range from technology or process changes to setting up a new or adapted organization. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate a multidisciplinary project team to achieve a common goal.
- Challenge the alignment of the projects with business ambitions; evaluate the expected outcome from a people and user perspective.
- Assess change readiness and conduct impact analysis to evaluate the scope of the change from a ‘people’ perspective and adequately size the change strategy.
- Lead projects by defining a customized change plan using a structured methodology and set up clear change management activities to reach the set objectives and realize adoption.
- Identify and support key stakeholders/sponsors along the change journey; define their change appetite and set up actions to increase their buy-in.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong business relationships.
- Set up an appropriate and impactful communication plan, including messages and choice of channels.
- Support training efforts, including the design and delivery of training programs.
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor, and involvement.
- Identify issues as they arise and facilitate problem-solving.
About You:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Dutch or French.
- Experience in and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Executive coaching skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Knowledge of how to integrate GenAI into your daily work.
