Business Analyst Position

For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join the ACS team and contribute to the development and implementation of global COTS-based applications and business processes.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis, preferably within global COTS implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for booking and ACS-related applications.
• Document requirements using the designated requirements management tool.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into structured business requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams and expert users to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication and coordination with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working alongside super users to validate that applications meet business needs.
• Prepare and maintain key documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Assist in application release activities to support smooth production deployment.
