Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate proposed business solutions to key stakeholders.
• Analyze user needs and support the generation of both functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Collaborate on translating business requirements into solution designs, contributing to trade-off discussions when needed.
• Ensure high quality and completeness of system use cases, user interface specifications, and related documentation.
• Maintain consistency and traceability across all requirements artifacts.
• Identify and document gaps between out-of-the-box solutions and business needs.
• Support project-related activities including training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate the creation of user manuals, training guides, and online help resources.
• Work closely with the Project Manager (Workstream Lead) to align requirements and timelines.
• Manage requirements in the approved tool to an appropriate level of detail, supporting full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis.
• Strong background in global COTS implementations, business transformation, and complex integrations.
