Job Opportunity: Experienced "Recruiter of Externals"
For a client, we are seeking an Experienced "Recruiter of Externals" to join our team. This is a temporary support mission for 4 months, starting on 02/06/2025 and ending on 03/10/2025, with the possibility of evaluation at the end of the term. The role involves a hybrid work environment with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
Role Description:
As an Experienced "Recruiter of Externals," you will be part of the Sourcing & Procurement department, facilitating the hiring and contracting of external resources. Your mission will include:
- Supporting business managers in defining function descriptions to hire the right profiles.
- Safeguarding qualitative sourcing by screening incoming CVs professionally and uniformly, and formalizing CV screening results to ensure a correct quality/price balance.
- Monitoring open requests closely and deciding on next steps with managers as necessary, while adhering to procurement, risk, and compliance guidelines.
- Contributing to the optimization of hiring processes and procedures.
- Managing administrative activities linked to the hiring process.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Good written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Good written and spoken communication skills.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or experience as a Buyer/Recruiter for a minimum of 3 years, ideally 5 years.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience:
- Fluent usage of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with a workflow tool (Nétive platform) is preferable.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Business Experience:
- Knowledge of the body-shopping sourcing market.
- Commercial way of working with internal clients and suppliers.
- A good knowledge of the IT market is a plus.
- Prior experience in a recruitment firm is preferable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communicator, diplomatic.
- Commercial awareness and customer-oriented.
- Challenger of the internal client’s needs.
- Quick self-starter and proactive attitude.
