Consultant Position for AI Project

For a client we are seeking a Consultant with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Large Language Models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation for a new project focused on building AI models using conversational data. The main tasks include identifying and tracking topics, speakers, and contents in speech or text data.

Context and Objectives:

Recent advancements in natural language processing and machine learning have led to the development of powerful large language models (LLMs). These LLMs exhibit exceptional text generation capabilities and have demonstrated potential for diverse applications. The objective of the project is to design and implement AI models and pipelines capable of automatically converting, extracting, and analyzing data (speech, text) for specific real-world data classification use cases. The application is built on the backbone of a large language model.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and conversion of speech datasets, including pre-processing, sound capturing, and feature extraction.
• Building, training, and validating AI models that extract time series and content information from speech/text data.
• Applying time series segmentation methods, preferably using LLMs.
• Implementing dialogue state tracking (labeling and clustering).
• Analyzing speech and text patterns/features and performing statistical analysis.

General Requirements:

• Self-motivated scientist or PhD graduate with a passion for AI-related projects on LLMs, natural language processing, speech recognition, and data science.
• Hold a PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field such as AI, natural language processing, data science, or speech recognition.
• Knowledge and experience with time series analysis methods, LLMs, and dialogue state tracking.
• Prior experience in working with deep learning projects, speech recognition software, LLM-based applications (e.g., conversational agents), and data mining.

Specific Technical Requirements:

• Excellent experience, knowledge, and skills in AI models for speech recognition and transcription (e.g., Whisper), machine learning, and data science (time series analysis).
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and C++.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, Azure, Git, Docker, SQL, and Pytorch.
