Context:
We are looking for an UX Designer to address organizational changes within the department. You will be part of the digital team, working on various customer and partner applications. Utilizing a Design Thinking approach, you will collaborate closely with the UI designer, developers, and Product Owner. Your role will involve co-designing with different teams to solve complex interface issues and ensuring the coherence of the customer journey according to user needs, with a focus on large companies. Additionally, you will design and improve digital tools for business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and exploit research quality, collection, and audit/synthesis.
- Frame projects to clarify problems, define objectives, and understand users through user research, ergonomic audits, competitive benchmarks, data analysis, user interviews, personae, and experience maps.
- Imagine, prioritize, and design from ideas to screens.
- Prepare and lead ideation workshops to create logical and user-friendly journeys.
- Produce quality deliverables (Wireframe, UI mockup, Interactive prototype, Design System) for various environments (web, app, software).
- Prepare and participate in user tests to gather feedback before the intake process and developments.
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach.
- Engage business squads around design thinking methodology and during workshops.
- Evangelize teams with pedagogy and patience.
Soft Skills:

- Team spirit and autonomy.
- Good level of English.
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe XD.
- UI design skills.
- Knowledge of integration (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), web interface development constraints (standards, multi-media, and best practices), and management (budget, planning, roadmap) is highly appreciated.
