Job Title: ICT SAP Finance Project Manager

Desired Start Date: As soon as possible

Assignment Duration: Until the end of 2025

Work Regime: Full-time

Location: Flexible, with the option to work both from office premises and remotely from home.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple SAP projects aimed at enhancing SAP solutions, including the rollout of Financial & HR template solutions to Germany and Spain.
• Coordinate other smaller applications integrated with the SAP S4 system, as well as non-SAP-related projects such as Quality and Workplace applications initiatives.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive project plan for SAP and other applications, identifying deliverables, work breakdown structure, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate, motivate, and support the project team to achieve objectives effectively.
• Manage and coordinate ICT vendors (software, hardware, and consultancy) to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with agreed standards and methodology, including quality gating and thorough testing before release to production.
• Regularly report on project progress, budget, risks, and issues to the ICT Business Partner, Team Leader, and ICT PMO Manager.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, SAFe), applied pragmatically, with an extensive track record in project and change management, including project delivery in complex environments.
• Experience with SAP finance and implementation of new legal entities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with a no-nonsense attitude and the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, OneDrive, etc.).
• Experience with Azure DevOps is a significant advantage.
