Business Owner – Digital Self-Service Platform

Description:
We are looking for a Business Owner to expand our digital self-service platform. This platform provides cities and municipalities with a digital view of their sewer systems, focusing on services related to sewer inspection and renovation. The goal is to develop the platform into a comprehensive digital self-service tool, which will include project portfolio disclosure, project follow-up, impact projections, opportunities for water or energy reuse from wastewater, and suggested measures to prevent sewer overflows.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the platform's roadmap in collaboration with business and service owners.
- Set priorities within a defined strategy and create business cases.
- Ensure necessary processes are established to develop and support the platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and SCRUM team for development and implementation.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (digital, water and environmental engineers, innovation and account managers) and external stakeholders (cities, municipalities, and sewer operation partners).
- Actively consult stakeholders to map needs and prioritize the roadmap.
- Work in a customer-oriented manner to ensure platform support, sponsorship, and adoption.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms or similar projects.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to set strategic priorities and develop business cases.
- Experience working with SCRUM teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
