Project & Resource Management Officer
Assignment Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to support Project Leaders with their ongoing projects and to operationally follow up on new and existing multi-disciplinary projects. Additionally, you will provide support to Resource Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Leaders and Resource Managers in managing multi-disciplinary projects across various teams, including design, characterization, processing, and application experts.
- Monitor and drive all intake procedures for new projects.
- Track the status of ongoing key projects and follow up on pending actions.
- Act as a driving force in the LEAN Project Management Office, collaborating closely with Project Leaders, Resource Managers, and other Project Management Offices.
- Support Resource Managers in their operational resource management tasks as a core member of the Resource Management Office.
- Track and follow up on quality and security aspects of ongoing projects.
- Participate in internal and external quality auditing.
- Identify, track, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and management.
