Project Manager (IAM)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the epic from the definition phase to closure, managing all dependencies, milestones, and impacts.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within agreed time and budget, adhering to the methodology framework.
- Direct, motivate, and challenge the project team to meet epic scope and expectations.
- Manage risks and issues, planning corrective actions, and escalating to the Sponsorship Committee as needed.
- Perform change control to prevent unapproved scope deviations.
- Report to the Sponsorship Committee through Weekly Status Reports.
- Produce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to document quality management approaches.
- Create and agree on plans with involved teams and the Sponsorship Committee.
- Initiate demands via processes like QBR & QP.
- Ensure operationalization aspects are embedded in delivery with the help of the ERO (Business Analyst).
- Prepare the Post-Implementation Report, including Lessons Learned.

Your Profile:
- 10+ years of proven Project Management experience in a large Financial Services organization.
- Experience managing development of business processes, procedures, controls, and KPIs.
- Proven ability to organize and manage complex and ambiguous concepts.
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, ranging from 300 to 3,000 man-days.
- Strong leadership skills with adaptable style for different stakeholders.
- Experience with industry standard methodologies like Waterfall, PMI, or Prince2, and agile delivery methods.
- Experience in planning, budgets, risks & issues, and resources management.
- Previous experience with outsourced projects management is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Affinity with technical domains and familiarity with Information Security technologies, especially IAM.
- Experience with data-related topics is essential.
- Knowledge of SailPoint and CyberArk technologies is a plus.
- Interest in change management is a plus.
