Mission Context:

The IT organization is preparing for the adoption of a new DevOps platform, replacing current locally managed solutions for CI/CD tooling. The objectives include achieving group synergies, integrating with other services, focusing on functional aspects of DevOps, and implementing integrated Identity and Access Management. The Tribe DevEx is responsible for realizing the convergence towards the group platform, involving exploration, technical prerequisites, application security, migration enablers, change management, and decommissioning of local assets.

Function Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the convergence to the new DevOps platform. Responsibilities include managing the project to ensure successful migration of the CI/CD toolchain, aligning with strategic objectives, and overseeing project completion on time and within budget. You will develop a comprehensive project plan, lead a team of stakeholders, facilitate engagement and communication, and collaborate with IT leadership. Additionally, you will ensure project delivery meets quality standards, manage risks, and provide regular progress reports.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch
  • French (knowledge of French is a plus)
  • English

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in IT transformation projects in large companies
  • Knowledge of project management methods, processes, and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Understanding of IT concepts related to DevOps and CI/CD
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

Business Experience:

Knowledge of the banking world is a plus
