Job Summary:

The Medior CSV Analyst will be responsible for performing validation activities and deliverables on assigned changes and projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively identifying the validation approach and deliverable list in alignment with IT Compliance Lead.
• Authoring, facilitating, and reviewing CSV deliverables as per the RACI matrix, including Validation requirement assessment, Validation Plan and Report, Test protocols and report, and Traceability matrix.
• Facilitating all other deliverables and monitoring their completion.
• Taking end-to-end ownership and following up proactively on validation documentation and testing activities.
• Coordinating test execution in collaboration with IT system owner, Business Owner, and testing team.
• Creating test protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ) and supporting the writing and execution of test scripts with IT and business stakeholders.
• Creating, facilitating, and monitoring Deviations and related actions (investigations, CAPA…).
• Escalating any issues or delays to the IT Compliance Lead.
• Being fully available and committed during an Inspection/Audit preparation and defense.
• Acting as the deputy of the IT Compliance Lead for assigned projects and sharing validation status with the project team.
• Directly reporting to the IT Compliance Lead on personal activities via weekly meetings.
• Participating in a weekly activities review meeting with the associated IT Compliance Lead.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree/diploma, with 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience working as part of global teams.
• Good experience working and handling CSV Projects, minimum 3 years.
• Diplomatic, with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in compliance/validation activities on mobile apps and web apps.

Domain Skills:

• SAP FICO & any other modules (GxP or not).
• Experience with GMP, GDP, and/or GLP.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana.

Language Proficiency:

• English (mandatory)
• French and/or Dutch (nice to have)

This is a hybrid role with four days a week on-site and one day home working.
