Business Analyst

Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective communication of Cash Management incidents to client services and business forces.
- Participating in technical and functional crisis calls to provide regular and comprehensible communication for trade.
- Producing centralized, business-oriented communication for the CMCC through alert emails and/or conference calls in English and French.
- Managing Problem Management activities on the Swift, Cash Management, and Payments perimeters.
- Organizing debriefs of incidents with Products, IT, and Production teams to determine root causes, identify problems, and define remedial action plans.
- Writing Business Incident Reports and ensuring the production and animation of monthly production quality monitoring committees.
- Monitoring all incidents and action plans to improve production reliability.
- Participating in the construction of KPIs to monitor the quality of Cash Management production and the effectiveness of remediation plans.
- Collaborating with product owners, architects, and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies.

Education:
Bachelor or Master Certification
Work Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory technical experience in Cash Management and/or SWIFT functional knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good understanding of IT and testing
- Experience with requirements management is preferable
Business Experience:
Good understanding of workflow processes is preferable
