Functional Analyst Specializing in Microsoft 365

Responsibilities:

• Focus on productivity tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support ongoing projects, including the rollout of Microsoft Loop.
• Ensure a structured and controlled implementation of Microsoft Loop.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 environment upgrades.
• Optimize storage and retention policies.
• Address customization needs, such as improving SharePoint sites and Teams setups.
• Collaborate with team members on multiple initiatives, either leading projects or supporting stakeholders.
• Engage in regular collaboration and communication, with frequent meetings and check-ins.
• Interact with project managers to ensure progress and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, with functional expertise across its core tools.
• Extensive knowledge and proven expertise in the Microsoft 365 productivity stack.
• Experience with Microsoft Loop and Copilot is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

• PowerShell scripting skills are a strong advantage for advanced or automated configurations within Microsoft environments.
• A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to explore new tools.
