Responsibilities:
Describe, document, and validate business specifications of AI initiatives.
Align with the internal competence center to identify the best engine and architecture to achieve business goals and ensure project coherence.
Follow up on the implementation of AI solutions.
Organize and execute tests of AI solutions.
Evaluate the added value of implemented solutions.
Propose and implement initiatives to increase awareness of AI within the department.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Master's degree
Experience: Senior profile with 5 to 8 years of concrete experience in implementing AI solutions, including creating functional business specifications and executing testing.
Deep understanding of AI functionality.
Preferable experience in the insurance or financial industry and with chatbot implementation.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory: MS Office 365, Copilot, M365, PowerBI
Preferable: Python
Functional Experience:
Create business functional analyses (process flow, screen, dataflow, etc.)
Create user stories.
Define, execute, and coordinate user testing.
Language Proficiency:
English: Good speaking, reading, and writing skills
Dutch: Fluent speaking, basic reading and writing skills
French: Fluent speaking, basic reading and writing skills
