We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager to oversee the organization's portfolio of Infra-Techno & Security projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio management framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. The IT Portfolio Manager will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet Infra & Security needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio and ensure recurrent reporting to top management.
• Support project managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to best practices and act as a role model.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT portfolio management processes and procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT portfolio management.
• Infra & IT Security acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and assertive.

Specific Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager (Senior level, 5 years).
• Proven experience as a Team Leader (minimum 20 FTE, Medior level, 2 years).
• Proven experience in budget management (multi-million projects).
• Proven experience in Infrastructure (Senior level, 10 years).
• Proven experience in IT security (Senior level, 5 years).
• Proven experience in roadmap definition.
• Proven experience in drafting RFPs and vendor negotiation.
• Proven experience in governance improvement.
• Proven experience in leading a team in infrastructure, including infra engineers.
• Proven experience with MDR projects (Managed Detection & Response) in IT & OT environments.

General Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a proficient level of the other national language.
• Proven experience in reporting to C-level.
• Engineer or Master in IT or in a scientific domain.

Domain Knowledge:

• Proven experience in complex IT environments (infra, security, modern workplace).
