Medior Functional Analyst (Microsoft 365)

Project Duration: Until the end of the year (12/2025).

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Customize and optimize Microsoft 365 core tools to address service gaps and enhance internal collaboration platforms.
• Focus on productivity tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support ongoing projects, including the rollout of Microsoft Loop, ensuring a structured and controlled implementation.
• Contribute to broader Microsoft 365 environment upgrades, optimizing storage and retention policies.
• Improve SharePoint sites and Teams setups based on business customization needs.
• Collaborate regularly with team members and project managers to ensure progress and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 core tools.
• Extensive knowledge and proven expertise in the Microsoft 365 productivity stack.
• Experience with Microsoft Loop and Copilot is particularly valued.
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and stakeholder/end-user engagement.
• Proficiency in English is crucial.

Desired Skills:

• PowerShell scripting skills are a strong advantage for advanced or automated changes in Microsoft environments.
• A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to explore and adopt new tools.
