Role Description:
As a Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing services and processes end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Identifying and managing risks and issues, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
- Offering training and support to stakeholders, including suppliers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Developing and updating process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational processes and procedures.
Language Requirements:
Sound working knowledge of English, French, and Dutch.
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
Telework:
50% on-site (Brussels) & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in a large IT environment.
- Technical experience mandatory.
- Affinity with and knowledge of end-user tools (hardware and software).
- Microsoft 365 tools preferable.
- Service Management Tools (Service Now).
- Asset Management Database (CMDB - HAM).
- Automation skills (PowerPlatform).
Business Experience:
- Affinity with the Agile Way of working.
- Strong organizational insights.
- Familiar with various IT systems.
- Experience in project coordination preferable.
- Experience in a support environment (helpdesk, field support) and with the associated processes.
