Mission Context:

Ensure that critical business processes are supported by resilient IT infrastructure. This position focuses on IT Continuity Management, requiring technical awareness and experience in large IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the principles of "Business Architecture" and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to defining needs and testing changes to applications.
• Monitor and assess existing processes, identifying improvements.
• Conduct analyses and studies on process improvements.
• Liaise and communicate with involved parties to realize process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for process standardization and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Change Management:

• Identify needs and carry out change management steps to ensure mastery of new or changed processes.
• Provide follow-up and user support post-implementation.

Collaboration:

• Participate in ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs and align with strategic objectives.
• Work within an Agile team to deliver stories in planned sprints, focusing on executing the sprint backlog.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Sensitivity to company culture and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and convincing skills.

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Languages:

• French: Good knowledge is a plus.
• Dutch: Basic knowledge is a definite plus.
• English: Fluent.

Technical Experience:

• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Expertise in MS Office.
• Understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management and infrastructure platforms.

• Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain trust relationships in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
