IT Project Manager/Functional Analyst

Work Regime: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects, including launching, following up, planning implementation, and monitoring scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage issues and risks, draft progress reports, and produce documentation.
• Collaborate with the business to set priorities within the project portfolio.
• Synchronize with IT projects upstream or downstream to manage scheduling constraints and realize synergies.
• Test requirements provided by the business prior to approval.
• Validate and verify specifications and translate them into a functional, technical design based on Microsoft technologies (.NET).
• Manage a team of internal and/or external developers with the .NET technical manager.
• Monitor projects involving software purchased or developed externally.
• Validate a testing and quality management strategy and oversee releases.
• Support end users (second line) and organize the maintenance of developed solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree specializing in IT and/or electricity.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager/Functional Analyst.
• Experience with Agile Scrum development and/or Lean management.
• Experience in projects/products based on Microsoft architecture (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server).
• Ability to write and understand functional designs.
• Proficient in managing planning, scope, budget, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Strong communication skills, able to discuss technical matters with developers and operators.
• Demonstrable experience in digitalization is an asset.
• Analytical mind, good organizational skills, customer-driven, and a team player.
