Senior IAM Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2025

Location: Antwerp (2 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with CISO, IT, and business teams to define access control requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in IAM projects and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging IAM trends, threats, and technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.

Desired Skills:

• Deep and practical understanding of IAM technologies, security best practices, and regulatory compliance demonstrated through relevant work experience.
