Mission Context:

In accordance with Scrum methodology, the Agile Product Owner represents stakeholders and the voice of the customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions. Alongside the Scrum Master and the Development Team, the Product Owner is a key member of the Scrum Team. The role involves expressing and prioritizing product needs using a Product Backlog and ensuring the Development Team's comprehensive understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Design phase and project methodology: Develop the product's roadmap and translate it for the development team.
  • Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
  • Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
  • Monitor and prioritize the Product Backlog, continuously aligning key business needs.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on the product to be delivered.
  • Initiate priority management, ensuring product consistency and quality.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (agile retrospectives, demos, test labs).
  • Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
  • Conduct Sprints Backlog live adjustments and follow-up.

Education:

Master or Bachelor Certification

Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical experience is mandatory; knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies is mandatory.
  • Project Management experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) is a plus.
