Mission Context:
We are looking for a Major Incident Manager to handle complex, transversal incidents within IT architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage major incidents to restore services while minimizing business impact.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, formulate action plans, and ensure efficient follow-through.
- Conduct meetings with large audiences effectively.
- Turn stress into positive energy to drive results.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master diploma, or equivalent through experience.
- ITIL certification.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience as an Incident Manager (experience in a user support center is not valid).
- Good technology and multi-platform knowledge to understand IT architecture dependencies.
- Experience as an IMOD in a banking environment is an added value.
Language Proficiency:
- Dutch: Basic knowledge, orally (optional)
- French: Good knowledge, both orally and in writing
- English: Good knowledge, both orally and in writing
