Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Mission Context:

We are looking for a Major Incident Manager to handle complex, transversal incidents within IT architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage major incidents to restore services while minimizing business impact.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, formulate action plans, and ensure efficient follow-through.
  • Conduct meetings with large audiences effectively.
  • Turn stress into positive energy to drive results.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master diploma, or equivalent through experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience as an Incident Manager (experience in a user support center is not valid).
  • Good technology and multi-platform knowledge to understand IT architecture dependencies.
  • Experience as an IMOD in a banking environment is an added value.

Language Proficiency:

  • Dutch: Basic knowledge, orally (optional)
  • French: Good knowledge, both orally and in writing
  • English: Good knowledge, both orally and in writing

  • Dynamic, accurate, pro-active, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent team player with strong customer and results orientation.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude.
