For a client, we are looking for two Business Process Analysts.

Mission:
As part of a decarbonization program, the Business Process Analysts will have the task of supporting the transformation of business processes related to the electrification of the bus fleet. They will have to map the current processes, lead the work of defining the target processes and pilot the action plan for their operational implementation.
Main missions:
Analysis of existing processes (As-is):
Identify, collect and document current processes related to operation, maintenance, energy management, planning, etc.
Conduct interviews and field observations with stakeholders.
Model existing processes using adapted tools (e.g. BPMN).
Animation of job workshops:
Design, organize and lead co-construction workshops with operational, technical and support teams.
Facilitate the collective definition of target processes (to-be) taking into account the impacts related to electrification.
Capitalize exchanges and formalize the trade-offs made.
Definition of the transformation plan:
Analyze the gaps between current and future processes.
Identify organizational, operational, technical and human impacts.
Develop a structured action plan detailing transformation steps, deliverables, leads and milestones.
Profile sought:
Experience in business process analysis and transformation, ideally in an industrial, mobility or energy context.
Knowledge of issues related to the energy transition and electric mobility (asset).
Skills in leading multi-stakeholder workshops and change management.
Mastery of modeling tools (BPMN or equivalent) and collaborative tools.
Autonomy, analytical spirit, ability to interact with various interlocutors.
Experience in project management or change management appreciated.
