Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business/Functional Analyst with a solid background in the public transport sector and strong skills in business process modeling and system configuration. You will play a key role in the configuration of complex systems and in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements within a SAFe/Agile environment.

Profile:

 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst
 At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the public transport sector
 At least 3 years of experience with configuration tasks, including:

• Product setup

• Pricing and sales engines

• CMS (Content Management System) configuration

 Minimum 5 years of experience with modeling tools, such as:

• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)

• UML (Unified Modeling Language)

 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAFe/Agile environments
 Experience with e-commerce solutions
 Strong proficiency in:

• Business analysis techniques for requirements gathering (BPMN)

• Functional analysis techniques for requirements gathering (UML)

• Drafting functional specifications and understanding system design principles

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

 Willingness to work on-site up to 5 days/week in Anderlecht
 Fluency in Dutch or French, and good command of English
