Project Manager Positions

For a client we are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join the Engagement & Sustainability team. The mission is to accelerate environmental and social initiatives, creating sustainable value for clients, colleagues, communities, and society. These roles are crucial in leading and coordinating initiatives that embed sustainable practices and ensure alignment with evolving ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.

Position 1: Project Manager – Sustainability Strategy & Change Implementation

Start Date: 01/07/2025
End Date: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Program Lead and segment experts to execute strategic sustainability programs.
• Embed sustainable practices into business operations.
• Implement the new strategy through a robust change management approach.
• Support ad hoc sustainability projects ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Implement the “Sustainable by Design” approach within product tribes and decision-making processes.

Position 2: Project Manager – ESG Norms & Regulatory Integration

Start Date: 01/07/2025
End Date: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Support management in structuring and implementing ESG regulatory requirements and internal ESG Norms & Policies.
• Collaborate with Norms & Policies experts to integrate these requirements into business processes.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders across Business, ESG Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
• Support management in implementing the 2025 ESG Norms & Policies roadmap.
• Contribute to the structuring and content of regulatory frameworks.

For Both Positions:

Responsibilities:

• Develop change and training initiatives to support the rollout of Sustainable Business Programs.
• Analyze problems, weigh options, and provide informed advice to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate change effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive sustainable finance and business practices.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs.
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Passion for sustainable finance and business practices.

• Dutch: Native or fluent
• French: Native or fluent
• English: Fluent
