Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in product management, preferably with experience in AI, and a proven track record of managing multiple complex products simultaneously. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be both creative and visionary, while also being a planner with a clear focus on delivery. We are seeking a strategic leader who can provide expert guidance and direction to stakeholders and drive business outcomes through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage several products in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop multiple short, medium, and long-term product visions for products.
• Present product vision and other information in a strategy consulting style using PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with UX Designers.
• Maintain a solution-oriented and delivery-focused mindset, emphasizing pragmatic and effective outcomes.
• Represent stakeholders and the voice of the customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions.
• Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.
• Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this to the development team.
• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
• Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Continuously prioritize key business needs and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and conduct Sprints Backlog live adjustments and follow-up.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in agile methodologies.
• Expertise in project and budget management.
• Proficiency in English and at least one local language.
