Microsoft 365 Functional Expert

End Date: 31-12-2025

Location: Brussels, with a requirement to work from the HQ office twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing projects, including the rollout of Microsoft Loop.
• Ensure structured and controlled implementation of Microsoft Loop.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 environment upgrades.
• Optimize storage and retention policies.
• Address customization needs, improving SharePoint sites and Teams setups.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including offshore teams.
• Engage with stakeholders and end users to enhance internal collaboration platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 core tools.
• Extensive knowledge and proven expertise in the Microsoft 365 productivity stack.
• Experience with Microsoft Loop and Copilot is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is crucial.

Desired Skills:

• PowerShell scripting skills are a strong advantage.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to explore new tools.

Additional Information:

• Flexibility in working days is required, with a shared calendar used for coordination.

Language Requirement: Very fluent in English.

Homeworking: Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
