IT Service Desk Functional Agent - Accountancy
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: 31/12/2025
Location: Waals-Brabant
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or ticketing tool.
- Escalate issues to other teams and partners when necessary.
- Understand complete accountancy processes.
- Support incidents related to in-house applications and accountancy subjects.
- Create, review, and maintain documentation; draft communications for customers.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of accountancy.
- IT all-rounder with a strong technical background and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in a complex environment and provide effective solutions.
- Prior experience in a similar position is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08.00 – 17.00 or 09.00 – 18.00
- Saturday: 08.00-16.00 (every 5/6 weeks, with the option to work from home and not scheduled on Friday)

- First experience as Helpdesk 1st line: Nice to have
- Hardware: Intermediate level, recent experience
- Jira: Beginner level, recent experience
- Office 365: Beginner level, recent experience
- Operating Systems (Windows, ...): Intermediate level, recent experience
- Problem analysis and solving: Intermediate level, recent experience
- Security: Beginner level, recent experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP: Beginner level, recent experience
- Ticketing management: Intermediate level, recent experience
- Windows 11: Beginner level, recent experience
