Role Overview:

As a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist, you will bridge the gap between strategy, business, and technology. Your role will involve structuring requests for overarching projects, facilitating the translation of business requirements through mock-ups and design thinking, and creating reports from these inputs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to derive data insights through analysis and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a catalyst to structure BI processes in collaboration with the BI manager.
• Ensure proper documentation of data products and reports.
• Facilitate the application of ITIL and SDLC processes with a focus on practical real-world application.
• Collect, analyze, and advise on business requirements.
• Build prototypes, reports, and dashboards in Webfocus.
• Create clear storylines for insights throughout the reporting portfolio.
• Test data, reports, and dashboards to build trust in our products.
• Facilitate the adoption of reporting products.

Practical Requirements:

• Minimum 1 day per week onsite to collaborate with business partners.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical profiles.
• High affinity with agile principles is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team structure with various sources of work.
