Job Vacancy: Senior IT Product Manager

Brussels - 5 days a week onsite
Your Role:
As a Senior IT Product Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team responsible for commercial IT solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams, you’ll turn strategic goals into functional requirements and manage a portfolio of IT solutions with their associated roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and structure high-level business requirements (epics)
Translate business needs into functional features for agile delivery teams
Write structured documentation and manage product roadmaps
Lead workshops and define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
Collaborate closely with agile teams to ensure user stories are testable and value-driven
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business outcomes
Support user acceptance testing and change management efforts
Contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Proven ability to translate strategic needs into actionable deliverables
Experience in agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
Skilled with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro
Deep understanding of BPMN and UML
Able to balance a strategic helicopter view with hands-on detail work
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce is a must
Background in digital products and large-scale IT transformations
Familiarity with Lean Business Case approaches or Value Proposition Canvas
Experience in the public transport or mobility domain is considered a plus
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience)
Certification in Agile Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO)
Languages:
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (mandatory)
Seniority Level:
