Business Analyst Position

For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Commercial Acceleration & Transformation team. This role is central to shaping and translating business processes and customer needs into digital solutions, contributing to a strategic transformation program that impacts the entire B2B commercial landscape.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into digital capabilities and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Map impacts across services, processes, systems, tools, and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from sales and other commercial teams.
• Support and coach fellow business analysts to ensure efficient teamwork.
• Co-create a workable backlog with the Product Owner and Scrum Coach.
• Maintain proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver well-documented, actionable analyses to support decision-making.
• Act as a change agent, guiding business stakeholders through new ways of working.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial environments and large-scale transformations (e.g., ERP, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external delivery partners.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and manage trade-offs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
