Functional Analyst Brussels

We are looking for a Functional Analyst for one of our clients.
Project start and end dates: As soon as possible - 31/12/2025

Duration: 7 months (full-time)

Work location: Brussels, with the possibility of remote working and a minimum of 1 day per week on site.

Job description:
We are looking for a consultant to strengthen our internal teams. The programme aims to take over the operational management of around 30 business applications. These applications are varied in terms of both business and technology. The takeover activities include:

Hand Over/Take Over (documentation, application maintenance, development of new features, etc.)
Re-engineering and/or complete rewriting of applications to bring them into line with current development standards.

Required skills:
Excellent functional and business analysis skills to quickly assimilate complex subjects.
Good abstraction skills to coach new arrivals.
Ability to integrate easily into an existing team.
Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM development techniques.
In-depth knowledge of classic development technologies (Java, Posgresql, Angular, Selenium, Maven, GIT, JIRA, etc.).
Good knowledge of architectural concepts and development principles.
Fluency in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language.
