We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong skills in managing enterprise IT initiatives, particularly within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (Belgium & India) and will regularly interact with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Lead and coordinate the project team across locations
Align team members on project goals and ensure timely delivery
Drive decision-making and enforce follow-up on project activities
Oversee scope, planning, budget, and timelines
Apply the ADOPT methodology for ServiceNow implementations
Manage scope changes, timeline shifts, and cost escalations via formal processes
Identify, engage, and maintain stakeholder relationships
Ensure clear and consistent project communication to all involved parties
Guide business units through change using the ADKAR-based IT change framework
Support integration and transition of business processes into the new environment
Updated and validated project charter (standard format)
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with clear deliverables
Project decision matrix outlining authority and roles
Comprehensive risk register
Stakeholder map and communication planning
Quality-focused project plan including dependencies and milestones
Regular status reports (standard format)
Resource planning (short-, mid-, and long-term)
A clear business change & release plan
Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally involving ServiceNow
Strong ability to coordinate international teams
Confident communicator with executive-level stakeholders
Excellent documentation, planning, and risk management capabilities
Experience with change management methodologies, particularly ADKAR
Fluency in English (working language)
Dutch proficiency is a significant asset
