For a client in Walloon Brabant, we are looking for a Second Line Service Desk Consultant.
We are currently urgently looking for a Second Line Service Desk Consultant who can play a key role within the IT support team. The consultant will work in a highly international, cloud-first environment with outsourced support for ERP/BI, a Microsoft 365-based document management system (DMS), Azure infrastructure, and an EDI gateway. Knowledge of SQL is considered a valuable asset.
Work independently and take initiative.
Keep the helpdesk operational.
Collaborate closely with a team of 5 experienced colleagues from Germany for support and knowledge sharing.
Provide support for rollouts/migrations (e.g. M365, cloud applications, VPN upgrades).
Experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and EDI gateways.
SQL knowledge is a plus.
Work regime: Full-time
Start date: Immediately
End date: 31/12/2025 (with a real chance of extension)
Onsite presence: 4 days/week (Friday = remote work day)
Language requirements: Dutch and English are required; French is a nice additional asset.
