We are currently looking for an experienced React Native Developer with a strong mobile development background to join a team focused on customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience in mobile and full-stack development, with deep knowledge of React Native and associated technologies.

Context

You will be joining the Customer Self-Service department, which is responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications. The project requires a skilled React Native Developer capable of working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready code.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product owners.

• Integrate REST APIs and work with native modules where needed.

• Optimize performance and ensure high-quality, responsive user experiences.

• Participate in estimation, code reviews, and planning activities.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across Android and iOS platforms.

• Document development processes and decisions.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Write and document unit tests.

• Perform quality assurance and resolve identified issues.

• Contribute to process improvements and development best practices.

• Coach and support less-experienced developers in the team.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2–4 years experience with React Native

• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar

• REST API integration and async data handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch)

• Knowledge of Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)

• Git & collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow, PR reviews)

• Mobile app deployment to App Store, Google Play, TestFlight

• Experience with Firebase

• Clean, maintainable, and testable code practices

Nice-to-Have:

• Native development (Swift for iOS / Kotlin or Java for Android)

• Familiarity with Expo

• Testing tools (e.g., Jest, Detox)

• CI/CD pipelines

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Firebase Crashlytics or other monitoring tools
