Digital Business Analyst

Location: Brussels
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and translate them into configurable templates.
- Define, test, validate, and deploy templates.
- Participate in validation documentation and regulatory alignment.
- Support change management: user training, onboarding, and adoption.
- Regularly review template configurations to ensure alignment with user needs.
- Work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and integrate into a cross-functional team with PMs, application managers, and offshore developers.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team by preparing the data mapping of activities.
- Ensure data generated from templates aligns with internal data architecture for analytics.
- Develop stakeholder trust through strong business insight and on-the-ground engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to map workflows and process diagrams.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Able to challenge requests, ask the right questions, and work proactively.
- Familiarity with environments, compliance, and validation best practices.
- Comfort working in a company undergoing digital transformation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in data mapping or data mining, ideally in customized systems.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (used for logging test feedback).
- Previous involvement in analytical testing processes.
- Strong soft skills: active listening, diplomacy, and credibility in front of stakeholders.
Remote Work & On-Site Expectations:
- Expected 40–60% on-site presence (ideally Mondays and Thursdays).
- Flexibility based on business needs (meetings, workshops, onboarding sessions, etc.).
- More frequent on-site presence initially to support integration and visibility with lab stakeholders.
