Senior Business Controller 

Start Date: July 2025

End Date: End of September, with the possibility of extension

Work Regime: Full-time

Remote Work: 60% remote with 2 fixed office days

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret benchmark data to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, People, and Strategy departments.
• Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple cost domains (e.g., labor, network, IT).
• Prepare and align financial cases with business stakeholders.
• Support the creation of presentations for the Leadership Team .
• Assist in the initial financial screening of identified opportunities.
• Maintain oversight of project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Contribute to defining project direction and adapt to evolving scopes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or strategic financial planning.
• Proven experience in developing and reviewing strategic financial cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
• Experience in preparing materials for C-level or SLT presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• High degree of flexibility and maturity to navigate a dynamic and evolving project environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in similar benchmarking or cost optimization projects.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives.
