Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Expert to join the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) team. The OPC is responsible for identifying and assessing operational risks and executing controls across various banking sectors. The role involves supporting a broad Transformation Program, specifically focusing on the "Data & Tooling evolution" track, which aims to enhance the technological ecosystem for OPC through Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and robotics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end control execution process description (AS IS and TO BE).
• Analyze and document existing business models using process modeling techniques and methods.
• Propose intelligent process optimization strategies and document new/adapted processes.
• Contribute to process governance.
• Document Business Requirements and Functionalities for the control execution tool.
• Contribute to the follow-up of the tool development process.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record in process analysis and critical review.
• Excellent experience in process modeling (Visio or PowerPoint) and flow charts.
• Strong technical writing skills and expertise with process modeling techniques and methods.
• Excellent skills for translating observations, challenges, and other technical or process-related concepts into slide decks for stakeholder communication.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in process optimization.
• Experience in identifying RPA and AI use cases for optimizing processes.
• Experience in the banking sector and/or in a control environment.
